Need to return an item?

At Spring Green Nurseries Ltd, our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. As a family-run business, we are committed to providing excellent customer service. While we value your satisfaction, we do have some guidelines in place, which we've made easy for you to follow.

In-Store Purchases
In-store purchases of non-faulty items are not eligible for refunds unless the item is returned unopened within 7 days of purchase. All returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase from Spring Green Nurseries Ltd for processing. After the initial 7-day period, returns will be handled through the issuance of a credit note or an exchange of equal value.

Faulty goods will be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

At Spring Green Nurseries, as a family business, we prioritize exceptional customer service. We do not tolerate any inappropriate behaviour towards our staff members.

Online Purchases
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS

As a UK/EU consumer, you possess the legal entitlement, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, to cancel your order within 14 working days following the receipt of the items.

For order cancellations, please take note of the following scenarios and corresponding terms:

  • Cancellation before dispatch:
      • According to the law, you are allowed to cancel your order before dispatch.
      • Kindly contact Spring Green Nurseries at your earliest convenience, preferably by telephone and confirmed through email, to minimize potential costs and inconveniences.
    • Cancellation or changes after dispatch:
        • Once your order is dispatched, any changes or cancellation requests will incur a courier charge.
        • Please be aware that these charges are contingent on your location.
        • Alternatively, you can return the goods to Spring Green Nurseries at your own expense after accepting the delivery.
      • Return of damaged products:
          • In the case of damaged products upon delivery, notify Spring Green Nurseries promptly.
          • Send photographs to sgnenquiries@outlook.com, including your order number and a description of the damages.

        We want your satisfaction with your purchase, but if you wish to return any item:

        • Notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
        • The 14-day period starts the day after you receive the items.
        • After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return the items in unused condition and their original packaging.

        For faulty items:

        • Notify us within 30 days of purchase if you identify a fault.
        • Return the item for an exchange or a full refund.
        • Failure to report a fault within this timeframe may result in a refusal of a full refund.

        In cases of inappropriate misuse, tampering by a third party, or other situations determined by Spring Green Nurseries we reserve the right not to issue a replacement or full refund.

        Returning Unwanted Goods

        When returning unwanted items, please refrain from writing on the exterior of the original packaging, as this could impact your eligibility for a full refund. To qualify for a full refund, the item must be returned in pristine condition (A1). Refunds are processed within 28 working days from the receipt of the return.

        Please be aware that any additional delivery charges will not be refunded, and the return postage will be at your expense.

        It's important to note that we cannot accept any products back if they have been used or if the original packaging has been discarded.

        For smaller returns, you can utilize your local post office. For larger items, we recommend using the services of the following websites: www.myhermes.co.uk, www.parcelmonkey.co.uk, or www.parcel2go.com.

        When sending items back, ensure that you have secured the appropriate insurance to cover the value of the item(s).

        As a business, we fully adhere to the provisions of the new Consumer Rights Act (October 2015).

        What if my item arrives in a damaged condition?
        While we make every effort to securely pack items to prevent damage during transit, unforeseen accidents can occur. In the event that any of your items arrive damaged, kindly get in touch with our customer care team within 7 days of receiving the order. We will then explore options to replace the damaged item for you. Please refrain from sending back the damaged item at this point; our customer service team will provide guidance on the next steps.
